Description
CONDAT offers different types of oil separators capable of extracting only the salted-out oil from the bath so as to fully preserve the performance of your emulsion. A complete range is offered according to your needs.
Belt oil separator
MAX Band is the standard oil separator in the range. It is handy, practical and can be applied easily to lubricant tanks thanks to its universal clip. Its revolutionary compressed air system allows it to accelerate the collection of lubricant-coolant liquids while avoiding stagnation of emulsions.
The MAX Band oil separator is available in different sizes to adapt to the depth of the lubricant tank.
Characteristics
- Body in stainless steel and light alloy
- Polyurethane belt
- Low-voltage planetary geared motor 12 V – 5.5 W, ISO standard, completely insulated and protected against humidity, dust and accidental impacts
- 7 speeds set using a potentiometer
- Universal connector for the edge of the tank
- Automatic system to activate the belt
- Compressed-air oxygenation device
- LED operation lamp
- Marked EC compliant
Product benefits
- Automatic system to activate the belt
- Low-level sensor and automatic switch-off
- Easy to clean
- Avoids proliferation of bacteria
- Always keeps your bath clean
MAXRING oil separator
Description
The MAX Ring tube oil separator allows for cleaning of liquid recovery tanks using a rubber tube that collects the surface oil. Its stainless-steel structure is resistant while remaining compact and easy to handle. It can therefore also be adapted to use on tanks with dimensional constraints.
Characteristics
Main body in stainless steel
- Tube diameter 15 in foam rubber, available in different sizes.
- Geared motor i=280:1 10rpm 230V-50Hz IP 68 sealed box
- Luminous ON/OFF switch
- Screw connection to the side of the tank
- Marked EC compliant
Product benefits
- Automatic system to activate the rubber tube
- Low-level sensor and automatic switch-off
- Easy to clean
- Avoids proliferation of bacteria
- Always keeps your bath clean
- Handle for ease of transport
Electrical oil separator
Compact electrical COALESCENCE oil separator
Description
The oil separator is a patented device, designed to separate and eliminate tramp oil from fluids for machining and rinsing parts.
It is compact and portable. It is simply mounted directly on the walls of the equipment with the aid of the supplied magnetic plate.
A group of floats aspirates the fluid surface to optimise the elimination of tramp oil.
The tramp oil is separated on the surface and retained in the separator tank where it can be emptied by opening the surface taps.
Product benefits
- Extended fluid lifetime
- Simple and quick installation using the magnetic plate
- No consumables
- Waste reduction
- Compact and portable unit
- No extra clutter in the workshop.
- Easy to clean
- Integrated 10-litre tank
- Materials: High-performance thermoplastic resin
- Double-membrane submersible electric pump 220V
- Transparent, with good view of treatment in progress
- Guaranteed to purge only contaminating oils.
Coalescence oil separator
R-3000 and R2000 coalescence oil separator
Description
The contamination of cooling lubricants by soluble tramp oils or solids during production is inevitable.
With the installation of ARIANA R-3000 and R 2000, emulsions or solutions are cleaned and maintained in an optimal way during production. Their lifetime is considerably extended and the cost of eliminating waste is reduced to a minimum.
Characteristics
- Electric eccentric screw pump (230V – 0.37 kWh – 550L/h or 350 for the R2000)
- Electric motor
- Made in powder-coated stainless steel
- One-hand operation for all hose fittings
- Pre-filtration at 100µ
Product benefits
- Simultaneous removal of tramp oils and solid substances
- Operates automatically without intervention by personnel
- Avoids formation of smells and the risk of infection
- Extends the lifetime of lubricants and tools
- Up to 50 % cost reduction in eliminating waste
